Refund policy

While I do accept returns, I must be notified within 3 days after delivery of a return. The item(s) must be mailed back to me, in original condition, within 7 days.

The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges related to the returns or exchanges. This includes the minimum $4.95 initial shipping cost for USPS First Class, minimum $15.50 International, or upgrades chosen at check out, and any costs of shipping back to me. Once the item is received back in its original condition, the refund will be made.

Items that are custom made are not exchangeable or refundable.

Please do contact me before any returns. Returns that are made without approval and contact will not be accepted.
